Recently, a seminar on the theme of applying AI to business intelligence was held by NeuHelium. Guests from Wyeth Nutrition (China), MobizOne, a leading IT solution provider, and Yujian-club, a corporate management advisory company, attended the meeting and shared their feedback of using AI and their expectations of its future application.
During the meeting, Dr. Yang Wenzhi, Algorithm Research Director of NeuHelium, gave an introduction of the research work his team has made and the R&D capability and service of the platform. He mentioned brain-inspired algorithms, compared to ANN, are more suitable to tackle tasks requiring high robustness, especially complex ones like false capital flow tracking, anti-fraud identification, sales warning, dealer profiling, and inventory visualization. He also presented one of his research projects on improving business efficiency while protecting user data security with a self-adaptive and collaborative evolution mechanism combining federated learning and cognitive intelligence.
Wu Yingzhen, Operation Director of Wyeth Nutrition (China), shared several best practices of applying AI to sales and marketing operations in her company and also technical challenges her team is still facing in dealing with real business. Zhang Wei, Chief Marketing Officer of Yujian-club, gave a talk on how to choose a right marketing strategy, method and skill in various industries and in especial period like the pandemic. Sales director from Mobizone presented digitalization projects his company has offered to retail clients and the technological innovation they have introduced to their new system products.
As an innovation hub connecting research institutions and the industry, NeuHelium aims to build a platform for both upstream technology providers and downstream industry customers to jointly explore new products and solution to boost business efficiency. Having exchanged ideas in this seminar, all parties expressed their interest in applying AI into their BI system, giving a good start for further cooperation.
