The platform has established a large IP pool covering IPs from its own R&D results, joint R&D results made by the platform and its academic and enterprise partners, and IPs from the market, with an aim to lower the threshold of chip design and shorten the R&D process.

In this way, an optimized interaction among enterprises, universities, investment institutions, industry players and the market can be realized with good chemistry, enhancing the potential for taking a lead in the industry.

The platform focuses on researching core IPs and SoC of neuromorphic chips. With an exploration of analog computing, spiking neural network, and other brain-inspired technology, it aims to design a novel neuromorphic chip architecture that can support both parallel computing and massive network on chip.
